Site or errors in accessing the Site. Afia shall not be liable for any

6. Privacy Policy on Personal User Information
Afia will not, without express permission from the user, disclose any personal
information to third-parties unless required by law. If the user sends
and Afia receives notice that further communication from Afia is not desired,
Afia will cease communications to the user.
7. No Representations on Links and Third-party Websites
Afia provides no representations, express or implied, on the validity,
accuracy, quality, completeness, or relevance of any third-party sites
linked to or from this Site, nor do links suggest any relationship with
the third-party sites and their owners. Afia provides no representations,
express or implied, on updates of such third-party sites or errors in accessing
such third-party sites. Afia shall not be liable for any damages or for
lost revenues or opportunity costs regarding such third-party sites.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, concepts, information, data and other forms of
expression (hereafter, "Expression") provided by the user for
the purpose of inclusion in this Site, with the exception of the user's
personal information, will belong solely to Afia. Afia shall gain all intellectual
property rights associated with such Expression unless expressly agreed
upon by Afia and the user. Afia, as the holder of the intellectual property
right relating to such Expression, will have the exclusive right to include,
modify, or delete such Expression on this Site.
9. No Representations on Safety
Afia provides no representations, and bears no liability for computer viruses,
access errors, and other issues faced by the user related to hardware,
software, or communication protocols. Afia shall not be liable for any
damages or for lost revenues or opportunity costs regarding such issues.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute or litigation
arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the Tokyo District Court.
