Simon was born in New Zealand and started his professional career as a financial auditor with Deloitte. He has worked extensively in the financial markets of London and Tokyo and currently runs a financial services executive search practice in Tokyo. Simon holds an MBA and B.Com. He is also a certified trainer of NLP.
